Product Management Support – GenAI

Supports GenAI product teams by building and standardizing documentation, playbooks, and operational artifacts to enable scalable and governed product delivery.

Location: Charlotte, NC | Hybrid 5x/week

Contract Length: 9 months

Rate: $60-70/hr

Interview Process: 1–2 rounds (Manager + Team)

Top Requirements:

1. Strong documentation (playbooks, SOPs, Confluence)
2. Experience supporting product or operating model frameworks
3. Experience in regulated environments (banking preferred)

Plusses:

1. Exposure to GenAI / AI initiatives
2. Governance / controls documentation experience

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain Confluence documentation
• Develop SOPs, playbooks, and process flows
• Support governance and control documentation
• Create training and onboarding materials
• Partner with Product, Risk, and Ops for readiness
