Configuration Center/Asset Management Specialist

On-site attendance 5 DAYS PER WEEK (Monday through Friday) in Plano is required.

Responsibilities:

• Daily focus on delivery deadlines
• Attention to detail
• Asset Management responsibilities to include:
• Ability to lift 30+ lbs
• Ability to self-start
• Work independently and with a team
• Unboxing/reboxing of hardware to image
• Prepare laptop/desktops for imaging
• Inventory control/audits
• Professional written / oral communication skills

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• At least 1 year of experience in tech support and administration
• At least 1 year of remote tech administration and end user support
• At least 1 year of experience with Windows 10 or later operating systems
• At least 1 year of experience with ticketing systems and reporting tools (ServiceNow)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or military experience
• 1+ years of SCCM experience
• 1+ years of WindowsOS experience
• 1+ years of experience with Active Directory services
• 1+ experience with virtualization technologies years of macOS experience
• Windows certification(s)
• Apple certification(s)
