We are seeking a professional engineer with in-depth knowledge of carrier/transport and SIP access technologies. This position supports Architecture and Engineering functions for Collaboration and Productivity products and solutions. The role involves developing program schedules, creating communication materials for senior leadership, and producing engineering documentation for fast-moving programs. The ability to partner with technical resources while delivering presentations to senior leadership is essential.

Required Qualifications
Education: A BA or BS in Telecommunications, Data Communications, or Computer Science is required.
Experience: A minimum of 10 years of telecommunications experience is required, including 3-5 years in LAN/WAN networking. Experience in program communication, program management, and working in a complex multi-layered network environment is necessary.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of session border controllers (specifically Ribbon 7k) and carrier-level SIP Trunking is required. Proficiency with SIP, RTP/RTCP, ISDN, H.323, H248, MGCP, and codecs is essential. Candidates must have experience with Agile tools like Jira, QoS configurations, LAN/WAN communications, switches, and routers.
