Location: Charlotte, NC – Hybrid (3 days onsite; Mon & Tues required)

Contract Length: 12 months (possible extension or conversion)

Pay Rate: $69 - $74

Top Requirements

1. 5+ years of experience in GenAI, AI Data Engineering, or Agentic AI roles
2. Strong Python expertise and advanced SQL (complex joins, optimization, procedures)
3. Hands-on experience building agentic AI solutions using Google ADK, LangChain, or LangGraph

Plusses

1. Experience with RAG architectures and vector databases
2. Experience with modern data stack tools (dbt, Airflow, Kafka, BigQuery, Snowflake)
3. Cloud platform experience (GCP preferred, Azure/AWS acceptable)
4. Knowledge of LLMOps, observability, governance, and AI guardrails
5. Experience working with enterprise data systems and integration across multiple sources

Job Summary

In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade Agentic AI systems using Google ADK, LangChain, and LangGraph
• Build multi-agent orchestration workflows with memory, tool integrations, and state management
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems of record (SoRs) via APIs, pipelines, and connectors
• Develop scalable Python-based backend services supporting AI workflows (RAG, tool calling, structured outputs)
• Engineer data pipelines (ETL/ELT, batch/streaming) to support high-quality, governed data access
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries for analytics, feature engineering, and real-time decisioning
• Integrate enterprise LLMs (e.g., Google Gemini, Anthropic) into agent workflows
• Implement observability, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails for AI performance and compliance
• Ensure data lineage, quality, and governance using cloud-native tools (GCP, Azure, AWS)
• Partner with business and operations teams to design AI copilots and automation solutions
• Contribute to enterprise initiatives like "Observe to Agent," converting human processes into AI-driven workflows
