- Analytics & BI: Partner with data teams to enable Power BI using the Salesforce connector and/or curated datasets (e.g., data lake or warehouse patterns). Define data refresh, row-level security alignment, and governance for trustworthy insights.
- CPQ / Quote to Cash: Lead designs for Salesforce CPQ (Revenue Cloud)—product modeling, pricing/discounting rules, quote templates, approvals, and integrations with ERP/tax/CLM/e-signature.
- Security & governance: Apply platform security (FLS/CRUD/sharing), SSO/OAuth, secrets management, Shield (as applicable), auditability, and compliance by design.
- Team leadership: Mentor developers and admins; promote engineering excellence, agile practices, and sustainable velocity.
- Continuous improvement: Drive retrospectives, post-release reviews, and backlog refinements to continually elevate quality and business outcomes.
