IT Change Management Automation Engineer

We are looking for a technically skilled and automation-driven IT Change Management Automation Engineer to help us transform change management practices through intelligent automation and seamless tool integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with IT engineering teams to ensure high quality automation integrations with IT Change Management practices
  • Develop scripts and playbooks to automate infrastructure changes and deployments triggered by approved change requests.
  • Ensure automated deployments are compliant with change policies and auditable through ServiceNow

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in an enterprise IT organization
  • Strong scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Python, JavaScript).
  • Experience with IT automation platforms and system integrations
  • Understanding of IT Service Management practices

Preferred Skills:

  • ServiceNow System Administrator or Implementation Specialist certification.
  • Experience with automation platforms such as Ansible or Azure DevOps
  • Proficiency in Ansible for infrastructure automation or Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipeline integration.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Change Management module.
  • Experience with REST APIs and webhooks for tool integrations.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and infrastructure-as-code concepts.
  • Experience in Agile and DevOps environments.
