Position: HRIS Analyst

Day to Day Responsibilities/project specifics: This HRIS analyst will be working within Oracle HCM to run daily reports and complete checklists designed to ensure accuracy and completion of reports. The analyst will be responsible for identifying issues and utilizing internal resources to trace stakeholders and complete corrections to complete the spreadsheets. From there, updates to the system are made through a mass upload process. This person will upload spreadsheets into the HRIS tool to ensure accurate changes and updates are made to user profiles. Ideal candidates will have a passion for HR, including HRIS experience, have an analytical mindset and be proficient with Excel.
