Location: Onsite – Louisville, KY

Key Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day administration of HRIS, LMS, and ATS platforms.
• Process daily user requests, such as account updates, access support, and data corrections.
• Provide production support to employees and HR teams via phone, email.
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve system-related issues and escalate as needed.
• Perform scheduled system activities, including mass data updates and routine audits.
• Maintain data consistency and integrity across all HR systems.
• Document processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in HRIS, HR operations, HR support, or a related area.
• Familiarity with HR systems (HRIS, LMS, or ATS preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused approach with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and service requests.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with data loads, mass updates, or system audits.
• Background in HR, IT support, or HR system administration.
• Exposure to system testing or troubleshooting workflows.
