An opportunity is available for a Desktop Support Engineer for a 2nd shift role from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, Monday through Friday. This position is responsible for providing first-level support for all end-users. The role involves troubleshooting and resolving issues related to hardware, software, and voice/data communication systems in a timely and professional manner.
Required Qualifications
Prior customer service, call center, or help desk experience is required. Experience using ticketing systems is also required. Proficiency with computer hardware and software technologies is necessary, including Windows Support, Deskside Support, and End User Device Support. The ability to write technical support documentation is required. Excellent customer service, verbal, and written communication skills are essential. The role requires the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure. A willingness to work flexible hours when appropriate is also needed.
Compensation & Benefits
The pay range for this position is between $23.00 and $28.00 per hour. A benefits package may be available to eligible employees.
