Desktop/Tech Support

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for configuring workstations, performing computer repairs, and managing equipment logistics. The ideal candidate will have experience with imaging tools, ticketing systems, and hardware troubleshooting.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Configure workstations for new users and upgrade existing equipment.
  • Re-image computers and perform data migrations and restorations.
  • Repair desktop and laptop computers.
  • Utilize ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems to manage and resolve support requests.
  • Handle physical tasks including moving and disposing of returned equipment from field sites.
  • Maintain working knowledge of hardware components and configurations.

Desired skills and qualifications:

  • CompTIA A+ certification preferred.
  • Certifications in desktop or laptop repair are welcomed.
  • Experience with Intune and SCCM imaging tools preferred.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
  • Ability to lift and move equipment weighing between 25–50 lbs.
