The Desktop Support Technician provides hands-on technical support across a mixed Windows and macOS environment, with a strong emphasis on Windows 11. This role supports end users, scientific staff, and specialized equipment, ensuring reliable operation of desktop systems, collaboration tools, mobile devices, and hardware. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can troubleshoot a wide range of issues across Tier 1 and Tier 2 levels. This role will work mainly out of San Francisco (Mission Bay), with occasional travel to Redwood City.
