Day to Day Responsibilities/Project specifics: This team manages the identity portfolio that provides customer access to various portals and back end applications. The team is backend focused only but provides APIs for front end connectivity. The identity portfolio is essentially IAM and dual factor authentication that creates identities and user IDs/passwords for any customer that wants to access Charter services. This group provides services for multiple lines of business throughout the company including call center agents, those that connect with enterprise clients and small business solutions. Everyone uses the service differently depending on their business needs. This person will be completing analysis to understand security threats that may be present when a customer attempts to access the IAM.
