Case Management Support Specialist

This role involves managing inquiries related to unclaimed property, conducting thorough research across multiple systems, and providing professional written responses to ensure cases are resolved accurately and efficiently. The candidate will support process improvements, handle moderate case loads, and communicate effectively with clients and team members. Training includes classroom instruction and on-the-job learning, emphasizing analytical abilities, case management skills, and system navigation expertise.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Pull inquiries from a queue, perform detailed research across systems such as Hogan, Pega, and OIB, and respond through professional written correspondence.
  • Manage caseloads, escalate complex or non-routine issues, and seek opportunities to improve processes proactively.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally via email and other communication channels.
  • Maintain high-quality standards, including QC scores, to qualify for hybrid work arrangements.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks related to case resolution and documentation.
