Apex Systems is currently hiring for a Call Center Support Representative with a reputable financial services client. The Support Specialist provides technical and customer service support in a call center environment, assisting customers across multiple platforms. The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues, and the flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced support setting.
Locations: Charlotte, NC (University Area)
Onsite expectation: 100% ONSITE - Mon-Friday | 9am-6pm Shift
Pay range: $25-$28/hr W2
