Call Center Support Representative

Apex Systems is currently hiring for a Call Center Support Representative with a reputable financial services client. The Support Specialist provides technical and customer service support in a call center environment, assisting customers across multiple platforms. The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues, and the flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced support setting.

Top Requirements

  1. Call center support experience, with a strong understanding of managing a strict schedule to ensure maximum phone coverage.
  2. Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Basic technical skills with exposure to multiple platforms and environments; prior experience in technical support (Level 1 or 2 preferred).

Plusses

  1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general PC skills.
  2. Flexibility and adaptability to support a support environment, including answering calls, emails, and providing resolution to various issues.
  3. Experience working within a call center environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming calls and emails from customers, providing technical support and issue resolution.
  • Managing support tickets and documenting customer interactions accurately.
  • Providing excellent customer service via phone and written communication.
  • Supporting multiple platforms and environments with a broad exposure to technology.
  • Working within a strict schedule to ensure maximum phone coverage and support availability.

Locations: Charlotte, NC (University Area)

Onsite expectation: 100% ONSITE - Mon-Friday | 9am-6pm Shift

Pay range: $25-$28/hr W2
