Banking Service Analyst provides a variety of operational tasks, providing support to our commercial department in a timely manner.
Managing the full process of credit card applications, from initial submission through approval, account set up and ongoing maintenance. This role requires a high level of accuracy, compliance awareness, ensuring all applications are processed efficiently and in accordance with bank policies and regulatory standards. Other responsibilities include processing check book orders request, temporary checks. Process and update credit and debit cards, set up records on Globus, assist for processing and paying on behalf of BSI to third vendors as well as completing daily tasks regarding customer requirements with their cards and transactions. Signature verification manual and DocuSign of security transfers, wire transfers, purchase orders, and other documents.
1-3 years of overall experience
Proficiency in banking systems (APPIAN and t24) / Microsoft Office
Bilingual in English/Spanish
Credit Card application process experience
Solid understanding of private banking operations, including client confidentiality and relationship sensibility
Strong communication to interact professionally with internal departments and vendors
Excellent time management and organization skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
