Position: Banking Service Analyst

Large Banking Client

Location: Onsite in Miami, FL

Duration: 6+ month contract; Strong potential for extension

Overview: Banking Service Analyst provides a variety of operational tasks, providing support to our commercial department in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the full process of credit card applications, from initial submission through approval, account set up and ongoing maintenance.
• Processing check book orders request, temporary checks.
• Process and update credit and debit cards, set up records on Globus.
• Assist for processing and paying on behalf of BSI to third vendors.
• Completing daily tasks regarding customer requirements with their cards and transactions.
• Signature verification manual and DocuSign of security transfers, wire transfers, purchase orders, and other documents.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of overall experience
• Proficiency in banking systems (APPIAN and t24) / Microsoft Office
• Bilingual in English/Spanish
• Credit Card application process experience
• Solid understanding of private banking operations, including client confidentiality and relationship sensibility
• Strong communication to interact professionally with internal departments and vendors
• Excellent time management and organization skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
