Duration: 12 months+
Pay Rate Range: $53-$58/hr.
The Operational Intelligence – ATM engineering team (monitoring) seeks a strong engineer to be responsible for complex engineering, analytical tasks, administration of ATM monitoring tools, environments, and some coding. The right individual will serve as a proficient technical resource, providing technical knowledge and capabilities as a team member and individual contributor. The right candidate must possess a willingness to learn new skills and technologies. Ability to effectively manage tasks and job duties with shifting priorities. This role requires experience working with Agile teams.
Candidates with 7+ years of experience.
Key duties/responsibilities:
· Administer / maintain / support ATM monitoring tools – ESQ, Diebold Nixdorf VynamicView.
o Note: Prior knowledge of these tools is helpful but not required.
· Create implement monitoring solutions for the ATMs using above-mentioned tools, for availability and performance.
· Interface with internal ATM teams and/or ATM vendors to resolve ATM outages or periods of reduced performance, in accordance with established policies and procedure.
· Investigate, determine root cause for ATM monitoring failures, develop timely resolutions.
· Win Linux server administration, good understanding of transport layer protocols and security concepts.
· Customizing, upgrade and integrate ATM monitoring tools.
· Build automation (Autosys, Power BI, PowerShell scripting)
· Tools vulnerability remediation
· MS SQL scripting
· Communication skills
· Technical documentation
· Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
· Knowledge of enterprise monitoring tools – Splunk, Dynatrace, Tivoli
· Mainframe or HP Nonstop/Tandem exposure Understands payment processing Experience working in a multi-data center environment.
· Experience with Bank of America or other companies' change management and incident management tools and processes.
· Experience work with Agile, JIRA framework.
