Your Responsibilities as a Managing Engineer:

• Refine and implement the firm's strategic and business growth plans for the Colorado Springs office
• Oversee day-to-day operations to achieve corporate objectives and ensure profitability
• Support regional business development by identifying and pursuing new opportunities through networking, proposal development, and client presentations
• Strengthen and expand client relationships by delivering high-quality, value-driven technical and business solutions
• Lead a team through all phases of project execution, including planning, design, permitting, and specifications
• Coach and mentor junior staff in technical skills, client communications, and project delivery best practices
• Other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For:

• B.S. in Civil Engineering (or related field)
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Colorado (or ability to obtain within three months)
• 20 years of civil engineering experience
• Experience in the planning, design, and construction oversight of water and wastewater infrastructure
• Proficient in project administration and contract management
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple long-term client relationships
• Track record of business development, marketing, and implementation of best business practices
• Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills

Annual Expected Pay Range: $130,000 - $170,000 USD
