We're scaling fast, and we need a driven, persuasive Inside Sales Rep to help us dominate the mid-market manufacturing automation space across North America.

What You'll Do

  • Own a book of "Value Accounts"—growing relationships with engineering, ops, and procurement leaders
  • Run the full sales cycle: discovery, product demo (e.g., Apera Vue), quote, follow-up, close
  • Hit and exceed targets—you'll have the product, the tools, and the support to win
  • Work closely with engineers for deep technical pre-sales. Be the bridge between problem and solution
  • Keep a sharp pipeline and accurate forecasting in HubSpot
  • Help shape the strategy—bring customer insights back to marketing, product, and leadership

You'll Thrive Here If You

  • Have 3+ years of inside or full-cycle B2B sales, ideally in robotics, automation, or industrial tech
  • Are a virtual selling expert—you demo, follow-up, and close like a pro
  • Know how to talk to technical buyers (engineers, plant managers, integrators)
  • Have experience with CRMs like HubSpot and quoting tools
  • Are curious, fast-moving, and obsessed with customer outcomes

Bonus If You Are

  • Experienced with robotic vision, AI, or industrial automation
  • Knowledgeable of automotive, packaging, or logistics sectors
  • Based in Michigan and can work from our Detroit office part-time
