On-boarding and comprehensive development of new sales associates
Follow a defined outline to allow new agents to meet income goals
Conduct structured coaching and business counseling for sales associates in need of additional assistance to meet their goals
Present standardized action workshops to focus on revenue-building activities
Conduct training on various lead generation activities, contract writing, contract negotiation, scheduling for success, etc.
Structure the standardized development process to benefit each individual sales associate
Along with the Field Marketing Specialists, incorporate training and development regarding new company technology and tools
Support the day-to-day management of the branch operations to maximize profit and organic growth of the branch office
Develop a strong, trusting relationship with staff and sales associates
Support the promotion of company initiatives
Articulate and represent the company's value proposition
Work with all new Sales associates and encourage the completion of the AMP Program
Promote participation for existing agents in Out List, Out Last and Buyer Strategies and all Real Learning Classes
Expand and promote the value of having a quality coaching program for all sales agents
Create a strong and efficient work environment
Expand mortgage and title capture rate
Additional tasks as needed
Recruit new and experienced sales associates
Maintain a retention program and report feedback
Coaching and Accountability
Work with sales associates to develop and implement their business plan
Conduct individual coaching/accountability meetings with sales associates on a regular basis
Qualifications:
Required:
Ohio Real estate license
2-3 years' experience selling real estate
Ability to hold others accountable to their personal goals
Proven decision-making capabilities
Outstanding organizational skills
High-level written and verbal communication skills
Experience with public speaking and presentations
Confident, assertive and enthusiastic
Proven leadership skills
Strong strategic planning capability
Strong sense of integrity, honor, trust and commitment
Ability to create an atmosphere of harmony through a positive and approachable attitude
Ability to communicate a message successfully to differing audiences
Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects
Ability to provide feedback through coaching and training; recognize the importance of leading by example
Support the promotion of company initiatives
Ability to work closely with others and build strategic alliances within the Coldwell Banker organization in order to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of the team
Capability to multi-task while remaining flexible in order to adapt to the ever-changing business environment
Conduct yourself in a professional, business-like manner in and out of the office (open houses, social events, meeting competitors and the sales associates of competitors)
Preferred:
Experience in training and technology related to sales
Technology proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of tools, smartphones and tablet devices
Knowledge of social media channels and protocols preferred.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
Travel within the region is required on an occasional basis
Schedule is dependent on business needs, but expectations reflect standard business hours plus time as needed during the weekend or evening hours
