Our sales roles are fast-paced, high-energy, fun and rewarding (financially and personally). You'll get all the training and tools you need to stay on top and help our customers in the best way possible.

Talk to customers all over Germany who need to move big stuff (like full house moves or large items) and showing them how AnyVan can help

Build relationships, upsell, and close deals by making sure customers see the value in what AnyVan offers

Manage your leads and hitting your targets for calls, conversions, and revenue every week and month.

Working with your manager to tweak and improve sales strategies.

Sharing customer feedback and market insights to help us improve our services.

What you'll need to succeed:

The ability to speak and write fluently in both German and English

A passion for sales and experience in a phone based role working with customers, call centre experience is advantageous

A proven track record of hitting and exceeding your targets in a fast paced phone based sales or customer service role

The ability to build rapport and close sales over the phone

Great active listening skills

Resilience and a positive attitude

Super organised with an eye for detail

A bias to action and the capability to deliver good work quickly

The ability to commute to our offices in the Central Business District 5 days a week and work to flexible shift patterns including some evenings and weekends
