Tasks

• Medical care of adults with disabilities in your respective focus area (e.g., neurology, psychiatry, general medicine, orthopedics, gynecology, urology, ophthalmology, or other specialties).
• Development of individual, patient-oriented treatment and therapy plans as well as detailed documentation of findings including treatment recommendations.
• Sufficient time for careful diagnostics and consultation.
• Regular working hours without weekend, shift, on-call, or public holidays.
• Flexible working hours that allow for individual needs and a good work-life balance.
• Opportunity to actively participate in the establishment and further development of a demanding medical care area.

Qualification

• Completed specialist training in a relevant discipline (e.g., neurology, psychiatry, orthopedics, general medicine, gynecology, urology, ophthalmology, dentistry, or comparable).
• Empathy and interest in working with people with complex disabilities.
• Ideally experience in treating this patient group. Engaged and motivated newcomers are also welcome.
• Organizational skills, team capability, and enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation.
• Pioneer spirit and motivation to shape a developing area of medicine.
