As a true administrative and commercial pivot, you will work closely with internal teams (sales, logistics, customer service, accounting…) and clients, focusing on the laboratory and imaging (ultrasound, radiology) aspects. Your responsibilities include:
Graduated with a Bac+2 in administrative management, commercial management, or equivalent, you have a successful experience in an order management or sales role, ideally in an international company. You are comfortable in a technical environment. Experience in the medical or scientific sector would be a plus. You are proficient with common computer tools (Office suite, ERP, CRM…) and comfortable in an evolving digital environment. You are recognized for your rigor, your team spirit, and your customer service orientation. You know how to manage priorities. You have excellent interpersonal skills, a positive mindset, and good adaptability and responsiveness. Your ability to propose solutions and situational intelligence will be greatly appreciated. Proficiency in English is required (documents, almost daily exchanges with foreign contacts).
