Client Services Manager

Requirements:

Strong experience in communication agency (full service).

Proficiency in English (fluent).

Spanish is desirable.

Degree in Communication, Marketing or similar.

Knowledge of 360 communication strategies (Social Media, Influencer Marketing, Events, PR).

Experience managing public relations strategies.

Client service.

Client Management.

Team Management.

Experience with Corporate-Tech brands.

Activities:

- Develop and supervise the strategic communication plan for Clients (PR, Influencer Marketing, Social Media, Inbound, Events).

- Customer satisfaction.

- Evaluate the completion of projects.

- Monitoring the management of all assigned accounts.

- Management of expertise teams.

- Follow up on customer requests.
