Now, we're building a world-class sales organisation to accelerate our growth. As an SDR (Sales Development Representative), you'll play a critical role in generating new business opportunities, qualifying leads, and driving our expansion into the Australian market.

This is an opportunity to develop your sales career at a high-growth fintech, working with ambitious, driven teammates in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The role pays a base salary of between $90,000 and $110,000, depending on experience, with an OTE of $160,000 in year one.

What you'll do

  • Identify & Qualify Leads โ€“ Engage inbound leads and qualify prospects through discovery calls and consultative sales techniques.
  • Drive Outbound Outreach โ€“ Research, identify, and engage prospective businesses through email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Grow the Sales Pipeline โ€“ Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality opportunities for the sales team.
  • Conduct Initial Sales Conversations โ€“ Educate prospects on ANNA's business banking and expense management solutions, identifying key pain points and opportunities.
  • Track & Optimise Performance โ€“ Maintain accurate CRM records and continuously improve your sales approach based on data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate Across Teams โ€“ Work closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Product teams to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
