The Société AngloGold Ashanti de Guinée (SAG), a subsidiary of the AngloGold Ashanti Group, urgently seeks a Specialist in Human Resources for Operations Support under an indefinite contract. The professional category is C4 according to our current salary scale but could be reviewed downward if the position's requirements are not fully met by the selected candidate. The incumbent will report to the Manager of HR Operations Support.
The position holder will be the main point of contact for personnel management issues. Their duties include workforce planning and strategy, workforce acquisition, payroll and benefits management, skills training and development, performance management, social relations management, employee counseling, and administrative management (contracts, files). They will contribute to the development and monitoring of policies and procedures.
They will also conduct legal and social monitoring to ensure compliance and the evolution of policies and procedures. They will ensure proper archiving and updating of physical and digital personnel records in accordance with standards and regulations.
