To provide practical, professional experience for the college student while contributing to the overall goals of their designated department. The intern will assume a primary role in projects working either independently or as part of a team, as well as perform other activities that will support the overall objectives of the area they are assigned to.
Project Overview: The HR Intern will focus on a Career Development Path initiative designed to improve employee understanding of growth opportunities within the organization. The scope of the project includes assessing the current state of career development, identifying gaps in communication and understanding and developing employee-facing and manager-facing resources that clearly articulate how career growth and development work here at Angio.
