About The Team

The Revenue Strategy & Operations team is responsible for driving revenue generation across the business by informing business strategy, improving operational efficiency, and delivering data-driven insights. This role requires cross-functional collaboration across business development, finance, engineering, and operations teams. Given our rapid growth and the uniquely challenging problems we tackle as a business, this role will naturally gravitate toward finding solutions and will be adept at navigating organizational hurdles. The ability to build trust quickly in a fast-paced environment and execute with high dependability is critical to success in this role.

About The Job

We are looking for a Corporate Operations Analyst to join our rapidly growing team in Costa Mesa. In this role, you will be responsible for partnering across the business to design scalable processes, drive operational excellence, and optimize tools and systems that support our growth team. You will inform business strategy and deliver data-driven insights that enable revenue generation across the organization. This will require strong analytical skills, a knack for process improvement, and experience working with cross-functional teams. What You'll Do

  1. Proactively identify and address recurring business challenges, innovating and iterating on processes to foster long-term solutions
  2. Serve as a trusted advisor on best practices for growth systems (ie Salesforce), championing data integrity and governance standards
  3. Collaborate closely with Business Development, Corporate Technology, Financial Operations, and Divisional Operations teams to refine and improve systems and processes to scale effectively
  4. Design and deliver onboarding and training programs to support the effectiveness of our growth teams and ensuring adoption of best practices

Required Qualifications

  • 2-4 years experience in a revenue operations, business operations or strategy role at a high-growth technology company
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
  • Project management experience including: requirements gathering, analysis, design, testing, deployment, training, and delivery.
  • Aptitude for rapid learning and assimilating new information to swiftly become proficient in unfamiliar subject areas and technologies.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Ownership mentality with a natural bias to assume responsibility. We empower our team to quickly assume high levels of responsibility and entrust them to actively own projects and shape their success.
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities

US Salary Range $108,000 - $162,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
