Job Title
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our grain logistics team.
This position is responsible for performing grain operations activities in the areas of inspection and general operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Perform inspection activities such as weighing trucks, gathering product samples, product testing and evaluating product quality
- Operate grain handling and receiving equipment; provide customer service to delivery drivers and perform data entry of delivery details
- Monitor equipment and processes to identify issues; resolve or escalate issues as necessary
- Operate various types of mobile equipment
- Perform general housekeeping activities
What is expected of you and others at this level:
- Minimal job-related experience
- Work is prescribed and completed with close supervision and little autonomy
- Duties are clearly defined and methods and tasks are described in detail
Minimum qualifications and skills:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Valid Driver license
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Previous grain operations experience preferred
