We are recruiting for an Affiliate Cloud Engineer for a 6 month contract to start ASAP. On-site presence required in Leeds 2 days per week. AND Digital is a tech company focused on accelerating digital delivery and dedicated to closing the digital skills gap. We've been helping organisations build better digital products and stronger digital teams since 2014.

As a Cloud Engineer, you will be a specialist in your team, building scalable cloud solutions to solve a variety of problems. To do this, you will need to be able to:

• Commit to minimum two days a week on site in Leeds
• Have solid experience with AWS and deploying to native AWS services like ECS, S3, Lambda, SQS and Step Functions
• Build and maintain an IaC codebase using tools such as Cloudformation and Jenkins.
• You will understand Cloud & DevOps best practices and standards, and embed these into client projects.
• Ideally hold AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional accreditation
• Experience in repo migration from GitLab to GitHub would be advantageous, as well as creating workflows in GitHub Actions
• Experience working with Chef/Cookbooks would be beneficial
• Have an ability to horizon scan and evaluate new technology options and vendor products and understand how these can be used to solve our clients problems.
• Sharing your skills and experience by being an advocate for mentoring and upskilling of client and other ANDi's as part of day-to-day activities
• Show previous experience in a DevOps or platform engineering role
