Customer Service Representative

About the role

In the role of customer service representative, you will be responsible for meeting and helping customers via phone, email, and digital channels. You will resolve various issues, answer questions, and ensure that the customer always receives a professional and friendly response. You will work both independently and in close cooperation with your colleagues to create the best customer experience.

Examples of duties:

• Receive and answer incoming calls and emails from customers
• Handling cases in customer service system and documenting customer contact
• Resolve customer problems and guide the customer
• Follow up on cases and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve more complex issues
• Contribute to continuous improvement of work routines and customer processes

Who are you?

We believe you have:

• High school diploma and have worked a couple of years in customer service, technical support, or other service occupations
• Strong service focus and thrive on customer contact
• Very good communication skills both in speech and writing (fluent Swedish and English are required)
• Good ability to work solution-oriented and structured even in periods of high tempo
• Good computer and system familiarity
