Are You An Experienced HR Consultant?
Andara Group is currently seeking skilled HR consultants for various assignments in Malmö and the Skåne region!
We collaborate with many different clients who are continuously in need of HR expertise for both shorter and longer-term interim assignments – full-time or part-time.
Do you have extensive experience in HR, employment law, and leadership? Then you might be the right person for one of our assignments. Examples of assignments we often assign:
- Covering recruitment processes that take a long time or during parental leave
- Temporarily replacing HR specialists or managers
- Leading projects within reorganization, change management, or payroll mapping
As a consultant through Andara Group, you manage and plan your own daily routine. You choose the assignments that best suit you based on your availability, competence, and development goals. We offer assignments with clear frameworks, concrete expectations, and personal matchmaking.
