Engineering Technician

The Digital Healthcare Business Unit is seeking a skilled and proactive Engineering Technician to support engineering teams in the debugging, testing, and release of Digital Healthcare products. This role is critical in ensuring product quality, functionality, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support engineering teams in EVF data collection, including bulk runs, EOS checks, and repeatability.
- Set up and operate test equipment for Digital Healthcare products, including probers, EPRH handlers, and manual test stations.
- Assist in product testing activities such as qualification, characterization, yield analysis, and sample evaluation.
- Perform board-level troubleshooting and repairs.
- Manage logistics tasks such as hardware shipping/receiving and unit claims.
- Sort units and configure custom trays/boxes for various test scenarios.
- Execute specialized tasks unique to Digital Healthcare, including FVI, wire bonding, and microprobing.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a technical course in Electronics, Electrical, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in the electronics or semiconductor industry, preferably in test manufacturing or as a product/test technician.
- Proficient in operating test equipment such as probers and handlers (e.g., EPRH, MT9510, Edge) with minimal supervision.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple organizational levels.
- Willingness to work on a shifting schedule as required by operations.
