Analog Devices is seeking a Staff Field Applications Engineer with deep expertise in power electronics to drive technical engagement and design wins with our most strategic customers.
In this senior role, you will serve as the primary technical authority on power architectures—covering board- and system-level power design, battery management, and power conversion—while also leveraging ADI's complementary Signal Conditioning and Data Conversion technologies. You will collaborate with Sales, Business Units, and Technology Groups to influence product roadmaps, define new solutions, and ensure customer success in high-growth markets such as data centers, communications infrastructure, automotive, and industrial systems.

The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $158,700 to $218,213. Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors. This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
