Job Description:
- Customer technical support across all ADI products and technologies, both F2F and online
- DFAE support, training and education
- Solution development with BU/TG
- Problem solving (Technical issues)
- NBO creation and DIN/WIN conversion
- Leverage and manage distribution resource for business expansion, share gain and pipeline growth
- Feedback technology trend and customer requirement to BU/TG
- Improvement digital support infrastructure e.g. ADI web data and FAQ
