The ideal candidate should have:

• Complete end-to-end knowledge of the Netlist-Gds – Tapeout methodology preferably at a chip level
• Hands-on experience of working on multiple chips in the above methodology
• Leadership experience in the above methodology
• In-depth understanding of the timing concepts and requirements at the synthesis level and its effect and relation with place and route and timing closure
• Good knowledge of the nuances of timing closure in STA
• Hands-on experience of working on physical verification and leadership to Tapeout
• Good communication skills both written and verbal
• Experience of working on lower node technologies such as 5nm is preferred
• 15+ years of experience in physical design
• Experience in working on low power designs with the power gating concept will be an added advantage
• Good understanding of the requirements of a Spice simulation
• Good understanding of the silicon manufacturing process and foundry requirements from the layout perspective
