The Power and System Group (PSG) group develops monolithic Bucks, Boosts, Buck-Boosts converters, Linear Regulators, Supervisory and Protection products for the ADI power franchise. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Product Marketing Specialist.

Principle Responsibilities include the following:

  • Product Samples Support:
    • Co-ordinate pre-release sample requests received from our salesforce, if required input orders on SAP.
    • Follow up on all samples activity and run sample reports for PME's.
    • Coordinate samples for internal staff for Evaluation work.
  • New Product Responsibilities:
    • Setting up of new models on SAP in accordance with our release procedure.
    • Responsible for issuing branding instructions for all models.
    • Web update – make relevant models available for on-line purchase.
    • Product Line contact site to be maintained and updated on web.
    • Issue & set up specials and x-grade products on ADI's internal systems.
  • General Business Support:
    • Responsible for obsoleting product as required per Obsolescence Procedure.
    • Ensuring that material status code restrictions are adhered to.
    • Responsible for driving special project as presented.
    • Represent the Marketing Specialist group on teams/project work
    • Hyperion Support where required.
    • Update and maintain Power BI reports for PSG group
  • Project Management:
    • Manage project schedule for releasing to the market key projects identified to be requiring local management
    • Work with all engineering disciplines to ensure schedule is maintained and reported on bi-weekly

Qualifications:

  • Typically requires a minimum of 3-5 years of directly relevant marketing administration or customer support in a product focused organization.
  • Excellent communication skills and good knowledge of customer support systems necessary
