Job Role and Responsibilities
- As DRI for distribution channel return material authorization (RMA) process:
- ensure frictionless handling of returns from start to finish
- adopt a strategic approach on the assigned functional process area
- look for opportunities to drive process excellence, i.e. efficiency (cycle time) and effectiveness (0% processing errors)
- work with the lead & manager to execute on process enhancements
- Build data-driven metrics and track performance improvements over time
- Ensure RMA credits are followed through to completion and distribution partners are given detailed status by the end of the cycle
- Develop strong relationship with the QA team, warehouse team and distribution partners to ensure seamless resolution of issues
- Review and update documentation annually to keep as current as possible (internal training document + distributor packet)
Minimum Requirements
- BA degree in Finance/Accounting
- Strong Excel skills and data analysis
- Detail-oriented and organized, able to multi-task with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- SAP S4/HANA experience preferred
- Willing to relocate to Bonifacio Global City office on hybrid set-up
