Sales Trainer

Sales & Home Living Trainer

Primary Responsibilities:

Support internal teams to continuously improve training delivery and assist in implementing training programs for ABOs, including ABO Academy support, measurement, and tracking of training activities.

Collaborate with Marketers to drive effective integration and implementation of training in Home Category (physical and virtual training).

Deliver trainings & demonstration to impact learner's experience positively. (Physical and virtual training)

Support the execution of training events and assigned project and accountable of all assigned projects (product new launch or marketing campaign).

Accountable on aligning & ensuring compliance to Amway's global training policies, including all training productions, deliveries and activities and maintain confidentiality of global and regional training policies.

Translate global and regional training resources for final release of training content in local market.
