Job Purpose:
Support the warehouse and shipping processes and track our metrics and actively participate in their improvements, in order to achieve our stated goals.
Primary Responsibilities:
Monitor the progress of standard operating processes
Investigate / analyze current packaging methods and materials and make recommendations for cheaper / more efficient / safer packaging methods
Provide and facilitate annual inventory and daily cycle count
Analyze and recommend improvements related to inventory management
Prepare reports on daily operational
Resolve major issues in our processes and develop improvement directions to eliminate customer complaints
Escalate more complex issues / problems to management
Provide support in other logistics activities as needed
Responsible for proper documentation/information flow
Monitoring and updating of regulations and policies
Receives, documents, and responds to questions related to products, promotions, orders, invoices, payments, returns, terms and conditions
Contributes to projects in various departments outside of regular responsibilities
Generates innovative ideas and solutions that will improve customer satisfaction and support an environment that embraces continuous improvement to drive customer value
Assists other team members to leverage and develop their capabilities
Required Knowledge & Skills and/or Related Experience:
High school degree with 1 year experience in logistics/warehousing area
Knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint, is needed
Enthusiastic, communicative people that are willing to support our customers and colleagues
English & Hungarian language at C1 level is a must
Ability to work independently and team environment
Understanding of complex warehouse and logistics systems
Strong analytical and follow up skills
Not afraid of facing new challenges or opportunities
With an enthusiastic approach to teamwork and focus on internal and external customers
Previous working experience would be an asset for us
