• Good knowledge of Italian language (B1/B2 level) • Good knowledge of English • Knowledge of other European languages would be an advantage• Bachelor University Degree • Previous working experience with customers in a service-oriented area would be an asset • Proficiency in working with IT systems • Detail-oriented working style, able to combine and analyze critical information considering the needs of the business • Strong focus on internal and external customers • Enthusiastic approach to team work • Flexibility and ability to manage pressure
