✨ About The Role
- Support the sales management team in sales planning, including sales coverage, territory planning, and quota setting
- Improve and lead the sales cadence including forecasting, pipeline reviews, process and systems hygiene, and execution
- Assist sales leadership in drawing insights from sales analysis and reporting to drive performance and efficiency across teams
- Partner across teams to drive improvement in sales processes and systems, enabling a better experience for sellers and customers
- Support Sales leadership in drawing insights from data analysis and reporting to drive performance and productivity
âš¡ Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in sales strategy, sales operations, business analyst, consulting, or financial analyst roles
- Bachelor’s degree required or additional years’ experience in a similar role
- Proficient in CRM tools like Salesforce and advanced experience with Excel, Tableau, PowerPoint, and other business analytics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to enable informed decision-making
- Ability to work independently, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and build meaningful business relationships
