✨ About The Role
- Responsible for recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and mentoring Enterprise AE's in the Southwest region
- Understand and utilize core metrics of the Enterprise business in the region to forecast team performance
- Support executing key deals through onsite and remote engagement with customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure resources are allocated appropriately
- Plan and communicate the growth path for the region over the next 18 to 24 months

- Minimum 3+ years of leading Enterprise sales teams with a history of driving teams that exceed quota
- Data-driven individual who uses metrics to understand how to coach and manage the qualitative elements of the business
- Passionate about hiring and recruiting the best talent to build a world-class Enterprise sales team
- Experienced in executing complex Enterprise deals and scaling a high-performance Enterprise business
