Senior Solutions Engineer

As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you'll be a key player in driving Amplemarket's growth by connecting our product to real customer needs. You'll lead technical conversations, deliver high-impact live demos, and map Amplemarket's capabilities to each customer's revenue process - from lead generation to booked meeting. You'll bridge our powerful multi-channel automation platform with the needs of revenue teams, ensuring prospects clearly see the productivity, optimization, and revenue outcomes Amplemarket unlocks.

You will:

  • Lead discovery sessions with sales, marketing, and RevOps teams to understand current outbound workflows, signal usage, and data enrichment needs
  • Design and deliver tailored live-building demos and POVs that showcase Amplemarket's multi-channel sequencing, buying signal triggers, AI-generated messaging, and integrations with Salesforce, Hubspot, or other GTM tools
  • Educate prospects on best practices around outbound strategy optimization, signal-based prospecting, and AI-assisted workflows
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor, translating business requirements into scalable SaaS solutions using APIs, webhooks, and no-code automation tools
  • Partner closely with Account Executives to drive sales strategy, demo value effectively, and enable technical deal closure
  • Serve as the voice of the field to Product and Engineering, providing technical feedback rooted in patterns across revenue team workflows and outbound needs
  • Support both technical and non-technical stakeholders with clear, compelling presentations and live demos adapted to their needs

About you:

  • 3+ years in a senior technical customer-facing role (Solutions Engineer, Pre-Sales Engineer or Solutions Architect) at a B2B SaaS company
  • Proven experience gathering requirements, architecting solutions, and conducting live-building sessions/demos with prospects
  • Experience working with sales engagement platforms, CRM tools (Salesforce, Hubspot), and automation platforms like Zapier or Make. Bonus: familiarity with outbound GTM tools and APIs related to contact enrichment, email, or calling
  • Comfortable presenting live, unscripted demos to both technical and business audiences
  • Creative problem-solver who can connect technical capabilities to pipeline growth, rep efficiency, and outbound ROI
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
