Nephrology Physician Opportunity

This facility is seeking a Nephrology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday - Friday 8-4:30

• Practice Setting: Outpatient

• Type of cases and required procedures: General Nephrology cases

• Credentialing timeframe: 90 days

• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC

• Certifications required: Must have Basic Life Support (BLS), Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA)

• Licensure required: Must have an active Indiana license, must be Board Certified in Nephrology
