The Position

1. The Interim Director, Medical Staff Services, will be responsible for ensuring consistent, accurate, and satisfactory verification of credentials throughout the organization.
2. The Interim Director will strive to provide and maintain efficient and effective communication, data analysis, and transparency while collaborating with medical staff, department chairs, and committees.
3. Seeking a detail-oriented leader who will display effective organization, communication, and written skills.
4. Candidates will ideally bring Medical Staff Services experience within a related setting and will be able to demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft programs, medical terminology, Meditech EMR, and a Medical Staff Database.
5. Must be available to start within 2–3 weeks of acceptance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Medical Staff Services experience is required.

Compensation Details

• Compensation Range: $160,000 to $165,000 annually.
• The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
• The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
