Your impact: As a Solution Engineer Intern, you will be the crucial first line of defense for our developer experience. You will act as the first 'customer' for all our technical documentation and developer tools, ensuring that integrating with social.plus is a seamless, intuitive, and world-class experience. Your detailed feedback will directly shape the quality of our SDKs, APIs, and guides, empowering thousands of developers to build thriving communities faster and more effectively.
Your team: You will be a part of the Technical Success and Support team, a highly technical group that serves as the bridge between our Product/Engineering teams and our customers. This team is obsessed with the developer experience and customer success. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and the Technical Success & Support teams to ensure our technical resources are accurate, clear, and comprehensive.
Your day-to-day responsibilities: Act as the first developer-user for our technical documentation, following tutorials, guides, and API references to ensure accuracy and clarity. Test and validate our SDKs and APIs across various platforms, including iOS (Swift), Android (Kotlin), Flutter, Web (TypeScript/React), and our server-side APIs. Identify, document, and report bugs, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement in our documentation and developer tools. Develop simple proof-of-concept applications using social.plus features to validate functionality and the end-to-end developer journey. Collaborate with the Technical Success and Support teams to reproduce, diagnose, and verify customer-reported technical issues. Provide clear, concise, and actionable feedback to technical writers and engineers to enhance the overall developer experience.
Your ideal profile: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. Hands-on experience with at least one mobile or web development technology (e.g., Swift/iOS, Kotlin/Android, TypeScript/React, Flutter). A strong problem-solver with a meticulous eye for detail and the ability to systematically test software and documentation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly. A proactive, curious, and self-motivated learner who is eager to work with new technologies and has a deep sense of empathy for the developer community.
