For the technical support of our customers in North Rhine-Westphalia, we are looking for a Service Technician (w/m/d) in the field as soon as possible. Your home office should ideally be in the Duisburg area. Your tasks:

• Commissioning, inspection, maintenance, and repair of our devices in customer testing laboratories
• Induction and training of customers
• Test and measurement tool management, independent and efficient management of the assigned customer service warehouse
• Effective coordination of customer appointments, independent tour planning, sometimes with overnight stays, occasionally also outside the assigned service area (overall about 30% with overnight stays)
• Maintenance of your own customer database in our CRM software (Customer Relation Management), as well as the independent creation of offers.

The task includes the support of our testing equipment at our customers. Short reaction times to customer inquiries, reliable, independent work, and the willingness to regularly deal with new technologies characterize this position.

Your profile:

• Successfully completed vocational training as a mechatronician/-in or electrician/-in
• Several years of experience in customer service
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking
• Good English language skills in writing and speaking
• Good PC skills (MS-Office)
• Responsibility and ability to organize yourself
• Flexibility regarding place of work and working hours
• Valid driver's license class B
