Service Technician

This position is part of the ADK in-house service team covering the CAL calibration products made/sold through ADK globally.

Responsibilities include:

• Experience with on-site installations, commissioning, calibration, service, and repair of material test stands, calibrators, or similar products.
• Providing calibration and preventative maintenance services in compliance with standards and quality management system.
• Providing repair services on products.
• Providing technical support both in person and via phone/computer.
• Training new personnel within the organization and representative organization service training.
• Organizing and managing all administrative functions which include but are not limited to: submitting paperwork at appropriate time intervals communicated by management, updating any and all changes for customer contacts to maintain accurate customer information.
• Strong verbal, phone, and written communication skills.
• Strong customer focus and customer relationship development skills.
• PC literate.
• Strong analytical skills, problem solving, and trouble-shooting abilities.
• Proficient in the use of hand tools and electrical diagnostic tools.
• Proven skill set to make timely decisions and handle multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated organizational and follow-through skills.
