The Regional AI Enablement & Marketing Specialist supports AMETEK Europe by building and deploying practical AI and workflow automation solutions for Finance, HR, Marketing, and Sales Order Processing. This is a hands-on delivery role focused on execution: gathering requirements, designing and developing solutions in the Microsoft Power Platform (including Copilot Studio and Power Apps), testing with users, deploying, and supporting adoption. The role partners closely with functional stakeholders across Europe to improve cycle time, quality, compliance, and employee experience in back-office processes while ensuring alignment with data privacy, cybersecurity, and enterprise AI governance. The AI & Automation Specialist reports solid line to a European Finance Director and dotted line to the VP AMETEK Europe.

Responsibilities

• AI & Automation Enablement Support the promotion and adoption of AI and automation tools across AMETEK Europe. Identify opportunities where AI or simple automation can improve internal workflows. Assist in coordinating pilot AI initiatives and demonstrations with European functional teams and technical colleagues. Provide basic documentation, guidance, and demonstrations to encourage adoption. Gather feedback and help improve solutions following initial deployment.
• Regional Marketing Support Localize and amplify AMETEK corporate communications and marketing content, including social media. Support the planning, implementation, and promotion of multi-BU events and tradeshows. Support the creation of presentations, digital content, and marketing materials for events and campaigns. Support the management and utilization of the Customer Solution Center in Weiterstadt. Help coordinate customer visits, demonstrations, and internal events. Work with internal stakeholders to maximize usage and visibility of the facility.

Qualification and Experience

Background in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Strong interest in AI, automation, and digital tools in business environments. Comfortable working with digital platforms, data, and collaborative tools. Fluent in English and German. Able to communicate technical ideas clearly to non-technical colleagues. Organized and proactive with good coordination and problem-solving skills. Curious and motivated to experiment with emerging AI tools and technologies. Comfortable working in an international, multi-stakeholder environment.
